Cancellation Policy

The client must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. All no-shows or cancellations without a 48-hour notice are subject to a no-show fee equal to the service the client was originally scheduled for. The no-show fee must be paid in fullprior to any additional appointments booked for that client.
